I have just heard the voice of Scrooge McDuck from the famous cartoon Ducktales has passed away. 😦
While Ducktales was not my favorite Disney cartoon, it did have one of my favorite Disney characters of all time. Scrooge isn’t the only character that Alan Young has played. He also played Wilbur Post in Mister Ed, Hiram Flaversham in The Great Mouse Detective, and Haggis McMutton in The Curse of Monkey Island. He might be gone but his greedy but lovable character Scrooge will keep on diving into his money.
To end this dedication is a salute to him.
